张铁华

含氧化铈的低合金钢焊条
本发明公开了一种含氧化铈的低合金钢焊条,属焊接材料技术领域。该焊条药皮主要组分(重量比)为:大理石39-48%,萤石18-26%,钛铁10-12%,低碳硅铁5-8%,中碳锰铁 3-6%,云母4-4.5%,纯碱0.5-1%,CeO2-5为2.6-3.4%。将上述组分的药粉材料混合均匀后用钠水玻璃做粘结剂在活塞式油压机上将药粉压涂在直径为4mm的H08A焊芯上做成低合金钢焊条。优点是:采用该药皮的碱性焊条熔敷金属的力学性能与现有低合金钢焊条E 5515-G 型焊条的力学性能相比:抗拉强度提高了35.64-43.27%,屈服强度提高了45.18-52.11%,冲击功提高了24.50-26.49%,而硬度却不下降。虽然焊条制造成本提高了2.1%,但由于焊前和焊后无需采用特殊的工艺措施,因此焊条性价比高。

(专利号:ZL 201510336598.6) 简介:本发明公开了一种铋酸锌‑锗酸铈纳米棒复合生物滤料,属于滤料技术领域。该铋酸锌‑锗酸铈纳米棒复合生物滤料的质量百分比组成如下:铋酸锌纳米棒35‑50%、锗酸铈纳米棒5‑10%、聚丙乙烯10‑16%、硅酸钠3‑8%、烷基聚氧乙烯醚1‑5%、水25‑35%。本发明提供的铋酸锌‑锗酸铈纳米棒复合生物滤料表面粗糙,热稳定性好、耐水性能优良,孔隙率高、比表面积大、吸附能力强、有利于滤料的成膜与生长等特点,可以脱色降解污水中的有机污染物,在污水处理领域具有良好的应用前景。

高性能的铈锆固溶体材料及其合成工艺
铈锆固溶体(CeO2-ZrO2)是汽油车尾气催化剂的核心催化材料,为使催化剂快速起燃,目前催化剂被越来越多地安装在紧靠发动机排气口(密耦或歧管)位置,这就使催化剂床层温度可达1000 oC以上,这对催化材料的BET比表面积等耐高温性能提出了更高的要求。 本项目开发了具备高温稳定性的高性能铈锆储氧材料及其制备工艺。该工艺易于放大,非常适合于储氧材料的工业化生产。我们采用分步的沉积-沉淀法

铁基形状记忆合金
